Odeh A Hawa
Odeh is the Executive Chef of the Hotel Seven Arches Jerusalem since 1989. Earlier he was the Executive Sous Chef at the Intercontinental Jerusalem, the hotel where Odeh started his culinary career as a kitchen apprentice n 1971. He has worked through all the echelon of the kitchen organization passing through the positions of Cook C, Cook B, Cook A, Chef saucier, Chef de Partie to his current job.Odeh has been active in participating in many food festivals like International Slow Food Movement in Italy, Malta and Argentina among others. Odeh has a stock of 80 episodes of culinary show filmed in the kitchen for the Israeli TV channel #2. Odeh is a part time Chef Instructor at the PPHS.
