Dokol is the chef and owner of the long time established Diana Restaurant in Nazareth and who continues the life-work of his father, Mahmoud. Dokol is renowned for his way with lamb and eggplant. Dokol has participated in many food competitions and food fairs. To enhance his professional career Dokol attended many culinary courses in the UK. In addition Dokol has a good stock of the episodes of culinary show filmed in the kitchen for the Israeli TV channel one. Dokol has participated in the famous culinary TV show on Israeli TV Krav Sakineem.
