Idan Halperin
Idan is a graduate of the french School Wizo in 1987 in Hotel Management and holds a certificates in culinary arts from Lenotre School in Paris, from the American Culinary Association New York. Idan has more than 20 years of experience in French cooking where he started as a cook at the Dovdovani Catering and worked in many places like Loreon restauant Paris Rothshield restaurant, Herods Eilat. Idan teaches as well at the Rozmarin School.
