Jhonny is the Executive Chef of the Intercontinental Jerico. Graduated from Notre Dame of Jerusalem PPHS in 1990. He represented Palestine in the San Vito Couscous in 2009 and won the second place in 2007. At Ecole Francois Rabelais in Lyon he studied Cooking Techniques. He recieved number one chef in Plaestine in 2007 in the second Palestinian Cooking Competition. In 2008 he participated in the hotelympia in London reprisenting Palestine. He had worked previously at the YMCA in the West Jerusalem and was a junior Sous Chef at the King David Hote in 1997. In JOrdan Jhonny worked and opened the first 5 stars Italian restaurants and worked for the Royal Palace for six months.
