Khader A Hawa
Khader offers thirty years of experience in the culinary profession. Currently he is the Executive Sous Chef of the Hotel Seven Arches Jerusalem since 1989. He worked for the Mishkenot Shananim restaurant as Chef for a period of 15 years since 1986. Khader worked also two years at the Monteflore restauranr in 2000. He attended a training program in culinary art at the Hamburg Intercontinental. He attended a special course on Italian cuisine for six months.
