Graduated from the NDC Culinary Art School in the year 2005. He started his early childhood in the food industry with his parents.
Hatem started his professional career at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in the Food and Beverage Department; this enabled him to obtain a vast practical experience which he ended to be head of different service departments at the hotel.
Hatem Started as a part time lecturer at the Professional Promotion Hospitality Section at the Notre Dame of Jerusalem Center, I tought several courses in the hospitality and service management.
